Words, words, words

Very monochrome outside. The poor-quality extra shows a cardinal brightening up the foggy day. It was nice to get some rain today, though, and the fog was mysterious and kind of fun. 

I finished The Weight of Ink, all 560 pages of it, just in time for the online book club meeting of the Folger Shakespeare Theater. Found the book to be very good. Really interesting dual timelines of the Jewish community in London in the 1660s and modern-day scholarly characters. I was a bit afraid, beforehand, of the discussion being terribly erudite, but that wasn't the case. Phew. The book club's called Words, words, words. Doesn't a Shakespeare character say that somewhere?
