Much more than a clocktower

This is Alexander Thomson's   St Vincent St Church . The only one of three churches he designated that has survived. Dating from 1859 and A listed it is magnificent inside and out.
Until recently it was still in use as a church but unfortunately it has had to be closed as the roof is leaking! Let's hope the council see sense and take measures to at least make it wind and water right.
The first extra shows another view of the church. The 2nd extra is another clock nearby, not in a tower, but one of two that I have always liked.
Some more photos of the church here.
