Accessible Toilets

How come the accessible toilets are at the bottom of the list and the inaccessible ones are at the top? Maybe to test you. When you find you can't access the ones at the top, do you come back to the sign to find the others.

First day back at work and I have to leave early. So much to do but I'm not up to it today. Will take a good run at it tomorrow. Well I won't be running, I can hardly walk which is why I've come home early.
