COVID recovery programme

Noo tested positive for COVID this morning, so I had to keep him off school. He doesn’t have symptoms. I was reduced to laying on the sofa, while Noo did his press-ups, sit-ups, and plank. He spent the remainder of the day whinging about being bored!
