a quiet day time to read, did some admin, and sent an email to the head and neck team in hospital……
some stitches in my mouth are causing me quite a bit of pain….enough to take ibuprofen….and it is difficult to eat….

I went for a walk because tomorrow’s weather doesn’t look very appealing…..oh and i did wordle….guessed it in 5…..
