Cut the Mustard
Found myself twice today sat in a wonderful old favourite, the Stalybridge Buffet Bar part of the Transpennine Real Ale Trail and actually on platform 4 itself.
First time was picking up Jules enroute to meet our new clients (we were very well behaved and only had a coffee), and then later dropped him back to get his train back to Marsden (we did have a sly pint and a quartered pork pie with a nice dollop of mustard).
Very northern, and all the better for it.
