Grey Heron

Got to the loch this morning just as the young one spotted me and landed by the drainage area. There was no sign of the other adult however a lady walking her dog told me there was another heron just a a bit further round the loch. When I explained about the young one she was quite fascinated. She made her way round away from the drainage area and I fed the young one her fish with no disturbance from any geese etc. When I finished she jumped up onto the old access point and stared up the  loch. 
I am getting some nice close up shots of her and notice her beak is getting more orange, another sign she is getting ready to breed.
