sunrise

woke up just gone 4am and could not get back to sleep. So up, breakfast and headed to Bushy Park. it didn't disappoint. The sunrise may not have been spectacular but we caught it. 
Nice day but chilly
once home had a coffee in Costa free cos we take our own cups to get green beans. made soup for lunch from leftover veg
Feel much better today and back to my normal self. No wonder they tell you not to work for a week after an angiogram.
