Ramsons

So nice to see the wild garlic growing along the banks of The Waters of Leith. It smells great and is also handy for cooking with-very good for you as well I believe.
A new Sainsurys store is being built along this bit of the river-just across from where the photo has been taken, and I hadn't really realised until now how close it will be to this important habitat. It is already disturbing the peace and quiet of this lovely walk.
