The dereliction of Tintin

Spotted Tintin, Milou and this little girl on a derelict building on the way to my favourite ice cream guy in the Quai au Bois à Brûler, Brussels.

My friend Emily tells me the artwork is by Lithuanian artist Ernest Zacharevic and used to have a shopping trolly (now missing).
