At last

it looks like something is about to happen to this building.
It's taken long enough.
I think I've blipped it before.
To  the right is the old Police station.
On the left was Welchs sweet factory owned by the Grandfather of the actress Denise Welch.
Every available space seems to be taken up with retirement blocks.
Quite convenient for the beach if you fancy a dip in the freezing cold 
North Sea.:)
