Sheer skin?

Had a consultation with a orthopedic Surgeon today. Had an X-ray too. It seems I have a frozen shoulder. Next step is to have an MRI scan to confirm no tears anywhere. Then it's injection time...hopefully!

It's a condition I have had since November and it's pretty painful at times. I certainly have restricted movement. Untreated it may go away but that could take up to 4 years. I am not waiting that long!

Bring on the steroids! :-)
