Covered Bridge

It was unseasonably warm today, so I took advantage of the 45°F (7°C) weather, and went for another walk before the storm comes. This little park is an island, and the covered bridge serves as the entrance. I come here often to visit the huge flocks of ducks and geese that live along the river.

After my walk here, I went to the grocery store to get enough supplies to last me until I can dig out after the epic snowstorm that will start tonight. We are expecting at least 12 inches of snow, with the possibility of up to 18 inches total by Thursday night. The roads will be icy and dangerous, so I plan to remain safely at home for the next few days.
