Fishing

The local fishermen stand in the boats looking down into the water for shoals. As they chug along one will shout and dive in, splashing like the dolphins, the boat immediately circles that man, with one fisherman after another diving in with the net and splashing too. Then when the circle of men and net is complete they pull it all up by hand.

Looked a lot like hard work to me.
