This is Crete!

Such contrasts in such close range; that's Crete! I think you understand from this image too why I love being here!

I'd walked up here along the beach of Nea Chora in Chania up to this beach what's called Chrisi Akti... Golden Coast. And in the distance you can see the Levka Ori / The White Mountains, covered with snow now ~  they're some 20 kms onwards from the beach.
