World Premiere of ENB Raymonda

Matt, the pianist who often plays for C's classes also plays for English National Ballet. He had some staff tickets for Raymonda tonight and offered two to Carys and I. So lucky that girl, people are so lovely to her. It seemed anyone who is anyone in the ballet world was there and C spent a little while spotting influential people in the ballet world.

We both really enjoyed it. The costumes were lovely and the dancing beautiful. I would have liked Raymonda to be a bit more fiesty but she was very ethereal and there was a twist at the end that Carys very much approved off.
