They are now increasing in numbers

A short walk walk along the road earlier and pleased to see this small group near the gate. It was cold and breezy in places, otherwise a pleasant wander. I found this small beech (I think) growing through a crevice in the rocks, another hardy plant. There is very little traffic on the road, everyone waves leaving a comfortable feeling. Must be good.
