Interruption

Home mid-morning from the overnighter at work - although home a little later than usual after talking about swimming and aesthetics with a colleague (those days of going down the pool and knocking off 60 or 80 lengths and taking self-portraits afterwards, complete with goggle marks and differing states of exhaustion on show, feel a long time ago). Why, it's almost like I've replaced all that swimming with something else...
