Sunset Surprise

Had a lovely day today : quick dog walk as it was too cold to linger long , bit of catching up with paperwork and then met up with friends who were keen to hear about how on Earth I managed to end up being back in hospital for a week! I spent the afternoon with my neighbours playing a few rounds of bananagram and then decided Milo and I should get some fresh air and I needed a photo for todays blip.
We arrived at Bere Ferrers just in time to see the crazy wild swimmer’s doing their evening dip - it didn’t look terribly inviting nor did it look like great light but just as I was about to give up the sky turned pink and I was lucky to capture this lovely surprise sunset which seemed to come from nowhere!
