Now that Storms Malik and Corrie have passed by, it's nicer to walk up in the hills and today Joanna and I ticked off one of the last walks in our "Parish of Kirkmahoe" guidebook - up from Dalswinton through the gloriously-named Wildcat Glen, to Pennyland and down past Clonfeckle. Just over 6 miles in all. Here is Joanna at Pennyland, coming up to the wind farm. We were so intent on our walk that we never even stopped for our flask of tea.

I made the tea when I got back home - had made a vegan and gluten free chocolate tart earlier today :-) Wrapped up some parcels for the PO tomorrow and replied to some messages and now i'm ready for bed!
