Plastic tragedy

Last night’s storm lifted the old chicken house, smashed it into pieces, and threw a corrugated iron sheet through the polytunnel plastic. The wind then finished it off. Another fun repair job for the spring.

To top it off, there’s a power cut, so I head to Edinburgh for the night. I return some of Em’s ancient architectural drawings that I found in the loft, and collect my painting. And I get an aubergine and courgettes curry at Foresters to boot.
