I went out for a run up to Norland Moor first thing. There was ice on the ground and a strong NW breeze which wasn't much of a help on the uphill sections. I covered 6.13 km in 34m:42s.

According to the news, Boris has  now received a version the Sue Gray report and he will be making a statement to MPs in the House this afternoon. I will be watching with interest.

Harriet spotted this card in the National Trust shop at Hardwick Hall on Saturday and I thought it might now be appropriate for today's blip. . The M&S coffee and walnut cake is now doing a disappearing act - I wonder if the PM will follow?
