Taylor's Mistake

So named as Taylor sailed in the 1800's only to find out that this was not the port of Lyttelton but the adjacent bay. This morning we walked from Sumner around the cliffs to Taylor's Mistake beach then climbed up to the road for our return. The bottom photo shows the track where we walked. It was 193 steps to the second photo. A bit steep on a very hot day.
