Lake Dunstan Trail

Today the walking group drove to Smith's Way and walked from there towards Pisa Moorings.  It was very hot +28C, with no wind.  Because a couple of us were going to a funeral this afternoon, we turned back before we got to the Moorings.  The extras are:  (1)  Like a desert  (2)  Oasis.  A nice place for a rest.

The funeral was for a lady who used to come out with the walking group over 20 years ago.  It was lovely to see so many 'old' walkers there.

It's soooo nice to sit in front of the air conditioning.  Rain in the forecast for Wednesday
