Lighthoose Lunch

A lovely calm morning, but the winds slowly picked up again, bringing rain this evening.  Calmer again tonight, still raining.

Up early, and a morning around the house.  Headed off to work in the airport, a 1030am start.  Short staffed today, so a mixed day of check-in desk and meeting and boarding flights.  It was fairly busy, after all flights cancelled yesterday due to the gales.  A lazy evening at home, and an early night. 

Peerie Brian and Sammy came down to the airport today, and I headed out for lunch with them, having my sandwiches at the lighthouse.  It wasn't long, before Sammy needed a sniff about, and investigate things.  Looking onto the Sumburgh Lighthouse from the road.  Taken at Sumburgh Head.
