I've seen this gentleman around the area, an interesting choice of clothes.

The extra is of him putting a sticker on a lamp post. (I didn't check it because Brown Dog was pulling me away as I take a different route on Saturdays because there is a Saturday flower seller who always make a fuss of her and gives her treats)
