I baked vegan blueberry donuts for the first time, despite having the pan in my cupboard for years. My youngest has food allergies, so the store bought version is definitely off limits. It's been years since I have had a donut....these are rated 8 out of 10 stars. Recipe below. Gratuitous ingredients photo in the extra.
