Worth the wait?

This Dendrobium Orchid "Irene Smile" last flowered about 4 years ago, but has continued to produce new shoots and appeared healthy. I did change its position a year or so ago, so maybe this has helped. It is possible a couple of other buds are forming so maybe more to see later.
