A two-heron run

Every time I looked at my watch I was going faster than I was supposed to. I walked for 60s at 4k to ease things up, but still can't get used to this slower pace thing.... 

Two herons at North Greenwich again. The other day, I did a three-heron run - seeing an additional heron in Deptford Creek.
