Ryze

Enjoyed a nice 6km run around the Linhouse Circular with H this morning before making a pot of my favourite cock o’leekie soup.

I took L and her gymnastics friend K down to Ryze (trampoline place) for a 2 hour session followed by some grub afterwards.

That’ll be the weekend then. Back to work tomorrow.
