Update on Bluebird babies

Well it's been a stressful week. Not sure why but the Bluebird parents abandoned the nest box. We have come to the conclusion maybe a snake. 2 eggs disappeared, 2 eggs hatched, one egg never hatched. One baby died and we thought this one had as well. My husband checked on it the second day and it was still alive, fighting to live. He took it out of the nestbox and started feeding it mealworms. We called a local wildlife Rehabber and she told us what to do and we took it to them today and he/she is still doing good this evening.
