Golden Ones

It was a lovely day with around 22. The wind was strong and cool which spoiled it. In the evening when the wind changed it got a little warmer.

We spend a lovely time with old friends this afternoon. They were locked down in Australia for over a year and are pleased to be back in Christchurch again. They have a holiday home in Australia and usually spent six months of the year there. Now they are not sure when they will go back again as they don't want to be stuck over there again with both of them in their early 80's and all the family are here in New Zealand.

The Dahlias are looking so lovely at the mornent .
