The Lion King

For her birthday (and mine) my parents bought me and L tickets for The Lion King in the West End at the Lyceum Theatre. My dad came too. Sadly my mum has too much trouble hearing music with her cochlear implant that she couldn’t come. N decided it wasn’t for him either so went to Stevenage to watch Harrogate play football.

What a show! The colours, costumes, music, special effects, lights, set, everything!! Spectacularly incredible.

L was absorbed into it quickly (she knows the story very well). It was her first trip to a big production and it was quite an assault on her senses.

We all loved it!
