Went to the local theatre today

Westacre is only a few miles from us but because of Covid we have not visited for some time.
They do live productions, both in house and touring here, as well as films and live streamed events. There is also a strong emphases on children's theatre, from very young to teens and on creative workshops (yes I have been reading their publicity material).
On our visit we saw a hot chocolate, a cappuccino and a slab of honey and banana cake. It was a one person show, one young lady taking the roles of "greeter" "order taker" "barista" "waitress" and "table clearer", and very good she was too. I can certainly recommend the coffee.
Westacre is a nice place with friendly people, many volunteer's; when we feel more confident about going out our visits will hopefully increase.
