All aboard the treadmill

After a week of no exercise, I had to hit the gym, even though it was Friday night! I am enroled at a great gym in Nottingham which is built inside an old railway station. The exercise machines look as if they are up set against the station platform and it has great high ceilings with the original beams. They display the plaque that was once at the original station which is a nice touch.
