Woke up with a horrid back ache and sore head after my massage yesterday. Acronymphomania reckons I didn't drink enough water afterwards and I suspect he's probably right. Unfortunately the knock on effect has left me feeling pretty rubbish. My friend was coming over and after momentarily considering putting her off I manned up and had her over anyway. Was lovely to see her after a few months. Next time I see her ill probably be a mum! Scary stuff...
