Angle of Repair

He's not resting his head on the pole, nor is he holding it in place. Rather, he's loosening two brackets enough to slide them to the bottom of the pole. The path we walk on each day goes along Willamette Blvd here and those sharp brackets could do a lot of damage if you were unlucky enough to get too close to the pole. It was hit by a car about a year ago, but they've yet to straighten it or to replace the sign that had been attached to it by the brackets. I think the sign said, "Watch it!"
