Start of Summertime Cycling

Today dawned the Start of Summertime Specials. there were 3 grades of rides. A long grueling ride to Lavenham. of 100 miles, then the original nasty ride of 70 miles and an easier starter option of 39 for the less fit, I did this one, which was still pretty hard work!
Bit managed it in just over 4 hours including a stop off for lunch, then back to lakes for an ice cream ....weather stayed fine too!
