Had a little accident today with buckling my left foot badly. Hoping the ligaments are not torn. Left foot is swollen around the ankle and slightly red/bruised. 

Ah, this stupid body of mine! If I get the left foot checked out in the next few days, they can check on my right knee, too, that is still not recovered from my stumbling accident in October.
