A secret garden

Today we found a wonderful garden which is open to the public . A lady and her husband purchased a house with a three acre field on the top of a hill with fabulous views in 1987. She is a professional garden designer and obsessive plantswoman, and she has created this secret garden,(secret because not many people know it is there) with one area such as the meditation garden, leading into another, such as the topiary garden.Her husband looks after the cafe, with home made cakes to die for, and he photographs the plants and sculptures. This is one of the sculptures that I really liked, and was made by a local potter.
