NO manky old balls today

Today Ann was working 1-5pm so I got both of my walks in the morning and another little trek around on my lead when she came home.

There were absolutely NO manky old tennis balls to be found today. I found a few rather lovely sticks, but after I'd chewed them a bit, they didn't really seem that interesting....................

This is a BLIP of me standing on the wall at 'Midmar Paddock'. I'd heard doggies woofing and I couldn't see what they were doing so I jumped up on the wall to have a look.

Oh and when we'd walked past the duck pond, I'd heard ducks quacking so I'd jumped up on their wall to check out what was happening. (See extras) They were just swimming around so that wasn't really very interesting.  I really am the most nosiest little collie pup in the world?!!

Yesterday she did a 'M&G'. When she does a M&G she tells the visitor that her job is to check them in, give them the keys, show them how things work, etc, etc,. And then off she goes. Part of Ann's job is to check that the heating/hot water/wifi etc is working and then she gives them an 'emergency contact no.' that is manned 24/7 should they have any problems.

My human has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years so she knows that most people who come on holiday leave their brains behind.

This afternoon when she finished her shift at Wilkies, she had 3 missed calls and 8 text messages from the visitor that she checked in yesterday??!! Seriously?????.......................... What part of …..................... 'I only do the check in so if you have any problems during your stay, you need to phone this number'........................ do they not understand??????????????????
