Hellebores

It is pansy and hellebore season in the plant room at the garden centre just now and today I decided to concentrate on the hellebores. It was a grey and overcast day and this may be the reason that most of the blooms were looking downwards. With my knee muscle problems at the moment it makes it difficult for me to get down low or rather the problem is getting up once I have knelt down. However, I was able to capture one or two blooms. I find the detail in the centre of the blooms really attractive. I have added an extra just to show another variety
