After Life/Run

Had a good run today. Ankle almost doesn’t hurt!

Towards end went through the local country park and remembered the bird food for the locals, see extra.

Also it now has an ‘After Life’ bench donated by Netflix to commemorate the Ricky Gervais series. Today it had good views of the ducks, geese, heron and 3 little egrets!
