Day 12: Remnants From Days Gone By…..

All good things come to an end and my holiday in Kaiteriteri is over for this year. After leaving the Camp I visited Hannah and Alex in Marahau. I’d had trouble with one of the locks on the car roof pod. Luckily Alex was able to fix it. On the way to Blenheim I sidetracked to the mouth of the Riwaka River. I imagine the remnants of this old wharf could tell some tales. Margaret was staying at home and helping her Dad. This evening she and I went to see the film called “Spencer” about Princess Diana. Very well done and worth seeing.
