A Sussex Buff

One of B's chooks a Sussex Buff a rare breed who produce large eggs although not as often as Shavers but for longer. There's two of these and a very noisy Light Sussex Buff (see the Extra) along with four other smaller mixd breed chooks. They make quite a lot of noise at times especially when a cat is about and once Kasper hears them he cannot get up there quick enough to protect them. When I have been doing jobs up there K comes to and I've found him laying down with the chooks sitting with him.
