Almond Blossom Girl

Danny and I had our weekly 'date' time - this week was a walk around Sant Agnes to see the beautiful almond blossom. A gorgeous bright and cold day with mist hanging across the fields. The question to start with today was; if you could wake up tomorrow with a skill or quality, what would it be? Good to walk and talk. 
Tonight we had dinner and Bible with Mitch, Stephen didn't make it due to being under the weather. 

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Making a garlic confit with rosemary and thyme - it smelled amazing slowly roasting away....unfortunately that was the best bit as it had a slight bitter edge. I don't know if I left the herbs in too long or just over roasted...
2) Birdsong and the peace that you can almost feel in the countryside. A deep stillness. Beautiful. 
3) Danny getting our travel documents renewed so we can get our huge discount on the ferry - we're going for a day trip to Formentera with Mitch on Sunday.
