Bath (through fresh eyes)

Today I took my very old friend S and her kids to see a few of Bath’s iconic architectural treasures. This one is the beautiful Royal Crescent.

The family have recently arrived from New Zealand - for good. S is English (well, Jersey) but for the children at 15 and 11 this is their first experience (fresh out of isolation) of their new country.

A special afternoon and I am looking forward to being part of their future. Posting early as am about to go to writers’ meet.
