I am getting so fed up with taking the same kind of awful photos. This one is from the bedroom, I opened the window as the sun looked inviting. It was so good to feel fresh air.
This was just before I spoke to the psychiatrist on the phone. A good supportive chat. Still no solution to taking meds as I knew would be the case.
Built myself up to having a sit down shower as I'm too weak to stand. Have felt even more sick but now I feel clean!
