That Time Of The Year
Burn’s night was observed in Montgomery Towers in the time honoured tradition with a newly opened bottle of Uisge Beatha. I simply did not have a bottle of malt that had any left. The Haggis Neeps & Tatties was very accceptable even though the haggis wasn’t fresh. I reckon it was shot in November on an estate in the highlands, hung for the appropriate time and then frozen. The whisky was nice as well.
