Half way round

We took just half an hour out of the day to regain a touch of serenity on a very busy day and walked around the circuit. The auctioneers duly arrived with three large vans for the house clearance. The four men were very efficient and they had the whole house, garage, shed and garden cleared by lunchtime. We should have been going to our friends for two nights but their grandchild, who they look after, has Covid so we will sleep in an empty house on a blow up mattress tonight and then head to a hotel in Folkestone tomorrow.  The rest of the day was spent filling holes in walls and cleaning.
